Simon Hobbs BSc CEng MIEE MILE AMBCS

Simon is our principal tutor on our City & Guilds and HEA Streetworks courses and an assistant tutor on City & Guilds and HEA Electrical Courses.

As Managing Director and Chief Engineer of our sister Company Electrical Testing Simon has knowledge, experience and proven expertise in the field of electrical testing and maintenance.

As well as being a Chartered Engineer, Simon sits on many Committees and Technical Groups and has a day to day involvement in the electrical industry that ensures he is abreast of the latest changes in regulations and codes of practice.

Alan is our principal tutor on City & Guilds and HEA Electrical Courses and an assistant tutor on our City & Guilds and HEA Streetworks courses.

With over 40 years experiance in the electrical industry encompassing High Voltage switching and fault finding as a Senior Authorised Person for, what was, the CEGB to developing and patenting electronic IT equipment.

Alan delivers training courses that do not wander from the sylabus but are enhanced by his life long love of the electrical industry; and with a pass rate exceeding 98% its a method that has proven very succesful.

Ian Hamilton

Ian is an assistant tutor on City & Guilds and HEA Electrical Courses and an assistant tutor on our City & Guilds and HEA Streetworks courses.

Ian brings over 30 years experiance from industry to his training and with a dry sense of humor but a firm grasp of the subject his training courses are always popular.
